make stropts.h 에러 오류 좀 봐주세요..ㅠㅠ

스티븐스 압축파일 apue  make 하려는데 자꾸 헤더파일이 문제네요...

전에 우분투에서 할때는 문제없엇는데..

error: stropts.h: No such file or directory
헤더파일 다운받으려면  yum provied 로 하는거 맞나요?
